Founder & CEO and decorated veteran Timothy M. Jones has built a career out of transforming stories into solutions. With roots in Homestead and recognition on international stages, Timothy combines decades of direct service, community organizing, and leadership training with a passionate commitment to veteran empowerment. As a John Maxwell Team Top 100 Thought Leader, he champions clarity, dignity, and inclusion in every facet of Colorful Voices' mission.
The story
Born from lived experience.
Timothy founded Colorful Voices in 2014 as a Pennsylvania-based, veteran-owned company. The work has always centered on the same idea: every veteran's voice carries power, and the path from service to civilian life deserves more than generic resources. Colorful Voices grew from training and advocacy into a platform operator, partnering with QGI to deliver Uniti Q.
