Listening was never a phase. It is the method.
Founder Timothy M. Jones built Colorful Voices from the insight that lasting solutions rarely begin with a prewritten answer. They begin when people feel safe enough to share what systems overlook—and when organizations are prepared to act on what they hear.
That approach has grown into training, community development, event design, strategic consulting, and the operation of Uniti Q, a veteran wellness companion built with QGI as the technology partner.

Colorful Voices is an independent Pennsylvania company. It operates Uniti Q and remains the human voice behind the platform. QGI provides the AI architecture; Colorful Voices owns the relationship with the veteran community.
